Easy Cobbler

I mean… really, really easy!  If you have this stuff on hand and you love cobbler, you should give it a try. Today.  

This recipe is a pinterest win.


12 oz bag of your chosen frozen fruit.  (I messed up and used two 12 oz bags and even though it came out on the soupy side, my husband still ate it! But don’t do that. Only use a 12 oz bag or two 6 oz bags.)

1 box of yellow cake mix (or white)

1 12 oz can of 7 up (I would just use 7 up. I’m sure sprite would work, but I personally believe 7 up is superior)

Preheat the oven to 350.  Spray a 9 x 13inch (mine was 8 x 11.5, but most everyone has a 9×13) pan with cooking spray. Place the berries in the pan. Pour the dry cake mix over the berries, do not mix. Pour the 7 UP over the berries and cake mix. Again,  do not stir!! It should be bubbly. Bake for 45-50 mintues. That’s it!
